The University City Recreation Centre, formed by shareholders of three condominium corporations and a rental property, is currently managed by the Pool People.

The Pool People were awarded the management contract for the UCRC in May 1997 and is delighted with the progress that Pool People has made.

Under Paul Denstedt’s leadership, The Pool People have been able to reduce expenses while improving all aspects of this facility. Programming of activities has increased with a view to more community involvement. The facility is fully-staffed with knowledgeable, friendly, people. Facility standards for cleaning and maintenance have been greatly improved. It is obvious that The Pool People maintain high standards and meets there objectives in an efficient and cost effective manor.

The UCRC has experienced shareholder disagreements over the past several months. Paul Denstedt has provided very capable leadership during this time. His professional approach is much needed and appreciated.

We have no hesitation in recommending Paul and The Pool People for recreational facility management.

As you are aware, the residents’ of the Lambton Square properties can be demanding, however, the professionalism displayed by your lifeguards and supervisor have satisfied their needs and many have expressed their content in the overall management of the pool.

In addition, the writer was very pleased with your service department as problems were attended to immediately with absolutely no interruptions to the pool users with any shutdowns due to maintenance.
