PPL Fitness Service Personnel are commercial specialists manufacturer trained to ensure complete customers satisfaction. Our service and maintenance personnel are properly trained and experienced with all makes and manufacturers within the industry. PPL Fitness is equipped to service your complete facility making sure you stay ahead of costly repairs and inconvenient down time.

Parts Inventory
PPL Fitness carries a full inventory of the essential components that generally cause most problems in a fitness centre. We are set up with very fast turn-around on all parts shipped in from the most commonly used suppliers. Fast reliable turnaround and expanded inventory is one of the reasons PPL has moved into our new production/warehouse facility in Mississauga.

Installation
Our service personnel are also our installation supervisors to ensure everything is put together properly and everything is in place, on time, and functioning before we leave your building. Our installers show up in uniform and work efficiently on site. We ensure all areas that we have been in are left clear of debris and the local maintenance person is trained in the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance requirement for your equipment.

Equipment Inspection
If your current fitness equipment is old or has not been maintained for a reasonable length of time, PPL offer a facility inspection service. Our trained personnel will evaluate each piece of your equipment, inventory it and log it’s estimated age and general condition; we properly inspect the motor and all working parts and provide you with a detailed report of what it will require to bring it into proper working condition. This report will include cost estimates for parts and labour. It is a great service when trying to determine the life span of your existing equipment or to evaluate the cost of repair versus replacement for budgeting purposes.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements
Understanding that properly working equipment is essential to any commercial fitness facility our staff is committed to eliminating down time through proper maintenance contracts. All fitness equipment requires service on a regular basis to ensure the working parts are properly lubricated and adjusted to maximize its life expectancy. PPL Fitness provide full maintenance contracts to a variety of facility on monthly, quarterly and bi-annual basis depending on the type of equipment and frequency of use. PPL Maintenance contract dramatically reduce the chance of breakdowns and expensive repairs and prove to be a cost saving investment over time.
